This workshop will give participants a chance to discuss and begin processing the loss, gain insight on relational values and receive tools to continue the grieving process.

Participants will have the chance to design and assemble personalized care packages filled with thoughtful items like gratitude cards, succulents and mini first-aid kits—perfect for sharing kindness and encouragement before the holiday break. Enjoy coloring, connecting and crafting a festive survival kit while spreading holiday cheer across campus. It's a great way to de-stress, give back and celebrate the season together!
