- Description"Resiliency - From the Ground Up" is an interactive, one-hour session designed to help participants build real-world resiliency skills. Explore topics like optimism, cognitive thinking traps, coping strategies and developing a growth mindset. Participants will leave with practical tools to strengthen their perspective, support their well-being and thrive—both at Texas A&M and beyond.

Enjoy games and inflatables, grab some popcorn and cotton candy, try your arm at the dunk tank, and connect with other students, City officials, and local organizations!Transportation: Limited student parking will be available on-site in the lot to the North of City Hall, which can be accessed from Francis Dr. Street parking is allowed along most of Gilchrist Ave. (be mindful of any areas marked with No Parking signs). Additionally, Aggie Spirit shuttle buses will be available to transport students between several apartment complexes and City Hall. - Aug 2611:00 AMCounselor Connect: Treats EditionLocation: Student Services Building, Rm. 108 Indulge in sweet treats during Counselor Connect: Treats Edition. Students can talk with a counselor about their mental health in 15-minute sessions while enjoying a delicious snack in a laid-back environment. Although this is NOT an individual counseling session, it is an opportunity to engage with a mental health professional and discuss strategies for self-care to give students the tools to achieve their academic goals. By attending the Counselor Connect event, students acknowledge that University Health Services cannot guarantee the confidentiality of the conversations that occur during each event.
