Talk with health experts to better understand and manage your stress, all while making your new favorite stress ball. It's a perfect chance to sit down to reflect and unwind, meet new people and leave with a customized stress-relief tool you can use any time.

Participants can find support for themselves or others with this informative session on anxiety and depression. Participants will practice grounding skills, discuss self-care techniques and learn about campus resources to help reduce mental health crises and diminish stigma. Leave empowered with tools to care for mental health and help foster a more compassionate Aggie environment.

Talk Saves Lives is an educational presentation developed by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention that provides an overview of suicide prevention. It increases awareness by covering warning signs, risk and protective factors, and actionable steps to help prevent suicide. Emphasizing early intervention, support and stigma reduction, this presentation equips individuals with the knowledge and confidence to take proactive measures in their communities. Meditation & Doodling gives participants a chance to pause, connect with other Aggies and explore connecting with themselves. No experience in meditation or art are needed. Registration is required.
