- Nov 217:00 PMInfinite Dances: An Aggieland Percussion Group ConcertThe Aggieland Percussion Group presents an evening of inventive percussion music featuring contemporary works for mallet keyboard ensembles and mixed percussion. This concert highlights a wide array of textures, rhythmic ideas and soundscapes that showcase the versatility and energy of modern percussion performance. We are honored to welcome guest artist and composer Dr. Christopher Butler (Southern Illinois University-Carbondale) for a special residency. The concert will feature the world premiere of his newest piece written for the ensemble. Butler's music often explores groove, color and subtle shifts in pulse, making it a compelling fit for this program. Additional works on the program include compositions by Clark Hubbard, Marc Mellits, Brian Nozny, John Psathas and Alex Stopa. Join us as we celebrate this exciting repertoire with a night of powerful performances and new artistic voices.
- Nov 217:00 PMThe Post-America Variety ShowSet in a post-apocalyptic College Station, "The Post-America Variety Show" is a new variety extravaganza that takes a nostalgic look back at a time that never was: the Roaring 2020s, a time when people from different points of view were able to set aside their differences, come together, yell and fight, but also laugh. Enjoy singing and dancing, original music and choreography, comedy and more, all created by Texas A&M students. There may not be any running water or electricity, and the nuclear rats are getting more dangerous by the day, but that's no excuse not to have a little fun!

- Nov 2211:00 AMA Growing LegacyExhibition on Display: Sept. 9–Dec. 14, 2025 Tues.–Fri. 9 a.m.–8 p.m.; Sat.–Sun. Noon–6 p.m. Since 1989 when the Runyon family donated a fantastic collection of 19th and 20th century art and decorative art, the Forsyth Galleries has set about amassing a fantastic collection that we enjoy sharing with the community. Those who love and appreciate the collection have, in turn, donated or loaned a significant number of items including paperweights, Asian art, early American pewter, American Brilliant Cut Crystal, 19th century quilts, small furniture items, as well as additional paintings, works on paper and art glass. This exhibition celebrates their generosity and, we hope, will inspire others to share their treasures with the University. THANK YOU! To inquire about donating works of late 19th and early 20th art or to make a contribution to the Forsyth Galleries, contact Assistant Director and Curator Elizabeth Appleby at eappleby@tamu.edu (mailto:eappleby@tamu.edu).
