Drs. Bolick and Yudkin will model a brief dialogue before opening up group discussions around the relationship between culture and health. Weather permitting, we'll gather in the School of Public Health courtyard to share stories, insights, and reflections on how different cultures use traditions, rituals, and conversation to promote well-being.

Participants can find support for themselves or others with this informative session on anxiety and depression. Participants will practice grounding skills, discuss self-care techniques and learn about campus resources to help reduce mental health crises and diminish stigma. Leave empowered with tools to care for mental health and help foster a more compassionate Aggie environment.

This presentation aims to educate students on sexually transmitted infections (STIs) by understanding safe sexual health practices, recognizing common STI symptoms and exploring effective prevention strategies. Through interactive activities and resource sharing, students will be equipped with knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their sexual health, fostering a healthier campus community.

Any student is welcome to attend. However, the sessions are more ideal for undergraduate students who aren't sure how to start looking and haven't already committed to a program. Whether you are considering going abroad this spring, next summer or thinking about going abroad in a couple of years, it is never too early to learn about your options!
