Sessions are held on the first Friday of each month. Meditation and breathwork are practices that can support relaxation and stress management. Breathwork intentionally shifts breathing patterns to help calm the body, while meditation helps participants observe thoughts and return attention to the present moment. Together, these practices can strengthen coping skills and support mental and physical well-being. No prior experience is required and all fitness levels are welcome. In this Department Head Development Series session, Faculty Affairs will discuss AMPLIFI Implementation: Appreciating Milestones, Performance, Leadership, and Impact through Faculty Insights (an Academic Analytics platform). Highlights include the implementation process and its approach to data accuracy, platform customization for disciplinary differences, privacy, training, and faculty support. Participants will learn what is changing, what is not changing, and how the timeline will affect faculty and academic units.
