- DescriptionThis workshop is designed to help participants begin to understand the concept of worthiness. We will explore this by looking at the areas of self-esteem, self-compassion and perfectionism.

Discuss the key factors that shape perceptions while learning about the types, signs and impacts of eating disorders. The session emphasizes the importance of early recognition, self-care and building a positive relationship with nutrition. Participants will also learn to spot warning signs and how to seek professional support, fostering a more informed and caring Aggie community.

It increases awareness by covering warning signs, risk and protective factors, and actionable steps to help prevent suicide. Emphasizing early intervention, support and stigma reduction, this presentation equips individuals with the knowledge and confidence to take proactive measures in their communities. Registration is required.
