This workshop is designed to help students struggling with productivity or questioning their ability to succeed. Students will learn to recognize the impact of the imposter phenomenon on their well-being and learn strategies to manage and succeed through feelings of imposterism.

We'll introduce MyPlate, a simple tool to guide balanced eating, and explore resources that boost your nutrition knowledge and confidence. Giveaway: Attendees receive free measuring cups to help them portion meals.

"Talk Saves Lives" is an educational presentation developed by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention that provides a comprehensive overview of suicide prevention. Learn to recognize warning signs, understand risk and protective factors, and take actionable steps to support early intervention prevent suicide. Participants will gain knowledge and confidence to help reduce stigma and make a positive impact in their community.
